You’re Responsible To Pray🇺🇸

“And pray for every political leader and representative, so that we would be able to live tranquil, undisturbed lives, as we worship the awe-inspiring God with pure hearts.”

1 Timothy2:2 TPT

I have been on an assignment to pray in Washington, DC this week with my Aunt and Grandmother. 

The atmosphere in D.C. is very intense concerning what’s happening in the political arena.

The Lord has been speaking to me about the importance of being aware of what’s happening in our government. As you read the scripture in the beginning of my blog.. We ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PRAY. If you are a Christian then you have a voice in the spirit to pray for America. Don’t let the enemy tell you that your voice doesn’t matter. He is called the accuser of the brethren. You do have a voice and your voice matters to God.

I believe we are living in a time of exposing darkness. I believe that the prayers of the body of Christ expose light on hidden situations.

 “And in a similar way, the Holy Spirit takes hold of us in our human frailty to empower us in our weakness. For example, at times we don’t even know how to pray, or know the best things to ask for. But the Holy Spirit rises up within us to super-intercede on our behalf, pleading to God with emotional sighs too deep for words.”

Let’s lift our voice and pray out of a heart of love for our leaders. Only God knows the heart of man, but we still are responsible to pray.
